We are the first North American "one-stop-shop", for precision wind turbine gear components. Every stage of manufacturing from machining through heat treat is located within a single new state-of-the-art facility, providing the most efficient, cost effective sourcing solution available in North America. VGS has selected World Class European production equipment and Machine Tool Manufacturers who will support development of the most current manufacturing processes. Integrating all of our services and equipment under one roof we will exceed 3000 Megawatts of gear sets per year, with the capacity for additional expansion.
